GAS FURNACES

Your existing furnace could be as low as 65% efficient! This means that, for every dollar you pay the utility company, you are sending 35 cents up the chimney. Newer furnaces are available that are 80%, 90% and even 94% efficient.

AIR CONDITIONING

Your existing AC unit could be 40% less efficient than some current models! This means that, for every dollar you pay the utility company, you are sending them 40 cents more than you need to. Our available comfort systems could be 55% or more efficient than your old system. These new units have better warranties, additional safety features and, when combined with high-efficiency furnaces, provide exceptional utility savings.

Energy Savings as demonstrated by these charts may provide Return On Investments that are greater than the Standard and Poor 500 average from 1990 to 1997, i.e. 16% or higher. (Your actual savings may vary based on comfort choice and local utility rates.)

These new furnaces are already set up for Air Cleaners and Humidifiers. Some models are available with variable-speed fans that reduce cold and hot spots in the home with continuous fan operation at reasonable operating costs. The 90% models do not require a chimney and vent through the wall in a PVC pipe. This means the installation may be easier, as compared lining a chimney (usually required with less efficient furnaces).

PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTATS

A programmable thermostat can help save on utility bills by automatically adjusting the temperature during the day or night. This is a real advantage when no one is home or at night, when you are asleep. Energy savings can easily be as much as 10% or more when the thermostat sets back automatically! All of this and no less comfort than before!
